ITIL Version 3 Overview (3pm-5pm)

This 2 hour seminar provides an overview of the Best Practice ITIL® framework, including all the core components, the key considerations for implementation and adoption of ITIL®, and if needed the accredited examination structure. ITIL is used by organizations world-wide to establish and improve capabilities in service management.
